Delivery Hero’s Q2 2025 performance was nothing short of stellar. The company accelerated its Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth to 11% year-over-year (YoY) on a like-for-like basis, hitting €12.2 billion for the quarter.

Even more impressive, Total Segment Revenue soared 27% YoY to €3.7 billion, outpacing GMV growth and underscoring the platform’s ability to monetize its expanding user base.

In Q2, customers who ordered from both food and Quick Commerce offerings generated nearly half of the Group’s GMV, and spent 5.2 times more than food-only customers.

Glovo achieved a 10% reduction in delivery cost per order and late deliveries, alongside a 29% increase in advertising revenue. Meanwhile, Woowa is on track to complete its transition to the platform by 2026, with early adopters already seeing strong positive impacts.

Profitability milestone

In H1 2025, Delivery Hero’s Total Segment Revenue grew 25% YoY to €7.2 billion, while Adjusted EBITDA jumped 71% YoY to €411 million. The company achieved its first-ever positive Operating Result of €5 million, a historic milestone.
