Hubert, a Stockholm-based AI-first hiring platform focused on high-volume recruitment, has raised a €2.5 million seed round led by Spintop Ventures. The round also saw participation from several Bonnier family investors.
The fresh funding follows a year of sustained profitability and rapid expansion. Hubert says it plans to use the capital to accelerate product innovation while targeting a bold 400% revenue increase in 2025, all while staying profitable.
Hubert’s platform uses proprietary AI to autonomously conduct structured screening interviews around the clock, aiming to streamline the hiring of frontline and operational staff.
By automating early-stage candidate interactions, Hubert claims employers can cut recruiter screening time by up to 80%, improve candidate quality fivefold, and deliver more consistent, bias-aware evaluations.
Already used by organizations such as Securitas, Coop, and ManpowerGroup, Hubert is positioning itself as a solution for industries that hire at scale, including retail, logistics, hospitality, and outsourcing.
The platform integrates with multiple applicant tracking systems (ATS) and emphasizes candidate experience, every applicant receives personalized feedback, with an average rating of 9/10.
CEO and co-founder Fredrik Östgren said the investment will help Hubert seize a growing global demand for fair and efficient recruitment: “We’re revolutionizing large-scale hiring for our customers—and doing it profitably, with fairness and transparency at the core.”
