Bike24 set a new milestone in Q2 2025, reaching €80 million in revenue — a 25% jump from last year and 10% above its previous record in 2022. Even more striking, adjusted EBITDA nearly doubled year-on-year.
After five straight quarters of accelerating growth, the German e-commerce specialist for cycling gear says its turnaround is complete. Personnel costs stayed below last year’s level despite higher sales, boosting margins.
Growth was strong across all markets, with the home region leading. Localized assortments, rapid delivery, and high stock availability drove demand, particularly in road and gravel bikes.
Momentum has carried into July and August, with sales growth continuing beyond the quarter. Bike24 reaffirmed its 2025 outlook, expecting full-year revenue between €248–261 million and adjusted EBITDA of €7.0–12.1 million, aiming for the upper end of both ranges.
Founded in Dresden in 2002 by CEO Andrés Martin-Birner, Falk Herrmann and Lars Witt, Bike24 is one of continental Europe’s leading e-commerce bike platforms. The web shop offers customers 70,000 products from more than 800 brands.
