Plaud, the company behind one of the world’s best-selling AI note-takers, has announced the launch of the Plaud Note Pro, a compact device designed to help professionals capture and organize conversations more effectively.

The new model introduces what Plaud calls the first real-time human-AI alignment feature. Through its on-device Press to highlight function, users can mark key ideas and decisions during discussions, giving the AI clearer guidance in generating structured summaries and action points.

The Plaud Note Pro builds on the company’s earlier devices, Plaud Note and Plaud NotePin, which were developed for meetings and wearable use. Despite its performance, the device weighs just 30 grams and is only 2.99 mm thick.

The latest version offers enhanced recording capabilities, using four precision MEMS microphones with AI beamforming to capture studio-quality audio from up to five meters away.

In addition, Plaud has integrated its dual-mode recording technology into the Pro model, which can automatically switch between phone calls and in-person meetings. Battery performance has also been optimized, enabling up to 50 hours of continuous use on a single charge.

Alongside the hardware launch, Plaud is rolling out version 3.0 of its Plaud App. The update introduces multimodal input, multidimensional summaries, and expanded features for its Ask Plaud assistant, including smarter search.
