Swedish SaaS company Flowbox, a platform that helps brands collect and repurpose user-generated content (UGC), has acquired Dreaminfluence, a Copenhagen-based influencer marketing platform.

Flowbox’s platform enables brands to curate, manage, and republish UGC, from social media posts to customer reviews, across their marketing channels. By adding Dreaminfluence’s influencer marketing capabilities, it now offers a full-stack solution for brands looking to leverage both organic UGC and paid influencer content.

Dreaminfluence’s technology allows brands to discover, contract, and track influencers, while Flowbox’s platform ensures that content is seamlessly integrated into e-commerce, ads, and social media.

Founded in 2018 by Mikkel Malesa and Rasmus Tobiasen, Dreaminfluence has built a platform used by over 200 brands, including Estée Lauder, Mondelēz, and DK Company, to streamline influencer collaborations.

The acquisition follows Flowbox’s 2022 merger with Spanish UGC platform Photoslurp, marking another step in its aggressive European expansion, as it’s surpassing 1,000 customers.

With offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen, Flowbox now employs over 60 people and serves a roster of clients spanning retail, beauty, and consumer goods.
